10 Good Habits To Increase Your Productivity In 2023 by Allnaijatrends: 7:04pm On Oct 25, 2022
In the new year, we all have big goals to accomplish. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, learn a new language or build your business, it’s important that you set some concrete goals and make sure you’re taking action on them each day. To help you increase your productivity in 2023, we’ve compiled a list of 10 habits that will help you reach those goals more quickly and efficiently than ever before:

1. Wake up earlier
Waking up earlier is one of the best habits to increase your productivity in 2023. Getting enough sleep is important for every person, but it’s especially important for people who work long hours or have a lot on their plates.

If you’re not getting enough sleep and feel like you’re never going to get any more, that’s because there aren’t many good ways to stay asleep while someone else is talking in your ear or blaring music from their phone at full volume in their room. If this sounds familiar, here are some tips:

• Turn off screens before bedtime – Smartphones and other devices emit blue light which makes it harder for our brains to produce melatonin (the hormone that helps us fall asleep). This can make it difficult for us even when we’ve had plenty of sleep during the day!
• Keep Wi-Fi off until after dinner – The same thing happens with Wi-Fi; exposure increases stress hormones released by our bodies during wakefulness so keeping it off until after dinner helps keep those levels even lower than usual

2. Organize your to-do list at the end of each week
You’re probably familiar with the idea of organizing your to-do list, but did you know that it can have a positive impact on your productivity?

When you create a to-do list, it forces you to prioritize tasks and get them done. This will help ensure that everything on your list gets done in an orderly fashion, which will help keep things organized throughout all areas of life.

3. Set SMART goals
To keep your productivity high and your motivation up, it’s important to set SMART goals.

SMART goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound. They’re also a great way to set yourself up for success.

Here are some examples:

• Specific—What do you want? When do you want it? How will you know when it’s done?
• Measurable—How many times will this happen per day/week/month? What type of activity could be counted as part of the goal completion (e.g., reading one page)?
