Please am having problem registering NECO NOV/DEC 2011, I have Biometric Scanner already and have collected NECO biometric software, but the problem was that I could not be able to thumb print. Pls any help from the Cyber cafe owner will be appreciated. Thanks 07063155483 |

I am having the same problem. I have installed the Java Runtime Environment from the CD supplied us with the Fingerprint Scanner (digitalPersona U. are U. 4500) by NECO but I am unable to conclude the registration of candidates yet.I did not see any control on the form to upload passport but the Step 3 (Biometric Data) is not loading and it is requesting upload of passport picture before proceeding with the fingerprint process.
