Coconut Meat
This is the thick white lining that covers the inside of a mature coconut shell. This coconut meat contains vitamins A and E, polyphenols, and phytosterols, all of which work together to lower LDL cholesterol levels in humans. Coconut meat can be consumed in a variety of ways. You can eat it raw, toasted, or cooked, add it to smoothies, make ice cream with it, or combine it with other fresh fruits.

Coconut Flour
Another compelling reason to invest in a coconut plantation now rather than later. Coconut flour can be used in place of other flours in recipes. Two tablespoons of coconut flour contain 5 grams of fiber. Coconut flour contains no grain or gluten, making it suitable for people with wheat allergies, gluten sensitivity, or celiac disease.
To make this coconut flour, you must separate the coconut meat from the milk to create a dry flour.

Coconut cream
Coconut milk is made by combining coconut meat with water to create a creamy texture similar to cow milk. The milk is lactose-free and has numerous health benefits.
The great opportunities in coconut plantation mentioned above make it a very profitable agribusiness investment in Nigeria for you. You must pay close attention to the excellent money-making opportunities available in the coconut plantation business in Nigeria.

38. Guinea Pig Rearing

The Guinea pig (Cavia porcellus) is a promising micro-livestock that is native to South America but is also well adapted to the Nigerian ecosystem. With a protein content of 21%, the meat is more nutritious than poultry, pork, mutton, or beef. With a low fat and cholesterol content and approximately 65% of its meat edible, it is the ideal meat in an increasingly health-conscious population.

The animal has a short gestation period (58-72 days), a low production cost, matures early, is simple to manage, and requires little capital to set up. Nigerians are among the Africans with the lowest consumption of animal protein, consuming less than the World Health Organization's (WHO) recommended 67 g per day. Because their multiplication rate is not commensurate with the rapid increase in human population, the commonly reared conventional livestock species cannot meet the protein deficiency.

40. Apricot Farming

The apricot (Prunus armeniaca) belongs to the genus Prunus, which also includes the cherry, peach, nectarine, plum, prune, and almond. Apricot originated in China and was widely cultivated in the Mediterranean before being introduced to North America. Although it was first introduced in Virginia, apricot cultivation in North America was not successful until Spanish missionaries brought it to California in the late 1700s.

Apricot is grown all over the world, most notably in Armenia, Afghanistan, Iran, Italy, Turkey, Morocco, and France.
Apricot, as one of the first stone fruits to ripen, has the shortest growing season, lasting from mid-May to mid-August. Apricots thrive in well-drained, silt or sandy loam soil, though some rootstocks confer tolerance to wetter soils.
The primary factor determining a site's suitability for apricot production is climate. Apricots require winter chilling to ensure adequate bud production, and while they can tolerate cold winter temperatures, they grow best in areas where spring frost is unlikely.
