A federal high court in Umuahia, Abia state, has ordered the federal government to return Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), to Kenya.
Kanu was extradited from the East African country to Nigeria in June 2021.
The court also ordered the government to pay Kanu N500 million as damages for his illegal abduction and violation of his fundamental human rights.

good news for nnamdi kanu and ipob family.
though am not a fan of ipob, but am at a loss on the reason the FG government can not dialogue with ipob , to bring a peaceful political solution to ipob agitations, but this same government is more comfortable to dialogue with confirmed terrorists and bandits, even to the extents of releasing these terrorists on the bogus name of repentant terrorists.
why is this APC government more comfortable and sympathetic to terrorists, than ordinary political agitators, that are only making noise ?
this APC government must obey their own court ruling, except they actually want to prove to the international community that they are a lawless government, governing with outdated rogue mentality, in the name of democracy.
