Stark illiterate. You don't know how to use Google? No wonder religious fundamentalists resort to insults and violence to hide their ignorance.
then why do you think walking naked is your definition of civilization?

I never said walking naked is a definition of civilization, and no one here has advocated for people walking around campuses and streets naked. What I am saying is that you have no rights to impose your fashion sense (religious or otherwise) on others. Why should a woman tinting her hair or wearing coloured braids, wearing leg or waist chains or having tatoo on her body offend you? Many other cultures and religions demand wearing certain accessories and tatoos, is that not an infringement of their religious rights?

every organisation has its dressing code. If they cannot dress like that for interview or to the bank as a worker, why then are they doing it in the university?
The school just brought up their dressing code, anybody that cannot obey should not go to that school. Period!

First and foremost the university is not a private a private organisation, its a government institution build and maintain by tax payers money. Even if 90% of the state are Christians; Muslims, traditionalists, Ogboni, atheists, etc., too need to have their rights protected. Besides not all Christians want to abide by cannon laws.

It we are talking about a private Christian or Muslim university imposing their doctrines, I would not raise eye brows, but a public institution in a secular country imposing their religious doctrines on non believers is tyranny.

This is so wrong. Here in London, the police guys have more tattoos and piercings. We should wake up and chase more important things as a nation.

Why do we love copying the wanton and sordid negatives from them, but shy away from emulating the positive traits like technological culture and rational thinking? They are good in using their hands to make things. Almost every technological artefact we use in Naija is imported. Yet we don't aspire to emulate that but we hanker to wallow in the sordid and sultry.
