You intend to give a Company such a major contract and you go to "its" country with your top brass to sign the contract, when it should be falling over itself to get its Top brass to come to your country to sign the contract.

Some idiots will write south Korea not to honour the agreement, the way they wrote to the US that buhari is buying tukano jets to kill igbos. Now because of their stupidity United States has force nigeria not to use the tukano jets in any part of the country except the North East.
