A female Executive Assistant is needed in a Travel Agency. The Executive Assistant will handle office-management duties, calendar events, organize reports and documents, answer phone calls, set up meetings, screen visitors, and any other administrative tasks. The EA will work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of their daily work routine including to coordinate, monitor, and communicate work projects, and programs with other staff, departments, or stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience doing similar roles as an Executive
- Assistant /Administrator. Previous experience in the travel sector would be
good to have.
- Interest and past Business Development experience is an added advantage
- Exceptional writing/verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of technical tools and software such as the Microsoft
Office Suite, especially text processing software and Excel spreadsheets.
