Good morning guys.. I tried applying for correction of date of birth issue at Jamb office but I got an email last week that my age correction cannot be approved. Pls i really want to serve what can I do? And it seems it going to affect the whole Jamb regularization process because all my submitted files are carrying the New age i applied for. Meanwhile I am using a neco certificate.. pls anyone that can help.

graduating this year..Hnd2.. have done my jamb regularization but i guessed it won't be approved since it carrying the date I wanted changing my date of birth to. It has been approved by the state though

I tried doing it in year two it wasn't approved but when school forwarded our names for regularisation in year 4 it was easy. Your school must forward your name to jamb if so the dob you did while regularising will be effective

They just need to verify ur birthday there....

Use waec ... It don't matter ... Same happened to me... Used my brothers date of birth all through my primary and secondary... Until my mom brought my own birth certificate.... But unfortunately I was suspecting the age is not mine.. so I used different age .. via waec and different age via neco..

nah by must to serve? U should be happy! use the time to get your credentials and get in the labour market asap. U want to go do nysc during a time when there is insecurity everywhere

This could be reasons the guy wants to serve:

1. NYSC allawee
2. To bang all female corpers like bangalee

Time nah money abeg... If he lucky to get a good job that pays well tell me how much be allawee?

I'm passing through the same scenario, thought it's quite different from yours.
I'm at my penultimate year,300l ,I want to change my dob , but I don't really know the necessary steps. I've done the court affidavit,I don't know the next place to go either my school or jamb office
