The Chief Executive Officer of Masfan Global Synergy Limited, Honourable Bukoye Marooph Bintinlaye has felicitated with Sir (Comrade) Bisi Fakayode on his 64th birthday anniversary.

Fakayode, born into the respected royal family of late Prince Fatoye Fakayode of Okesan Compound in Arandun (Irepodun Local Government) in 1958, is the Chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara South Senatorial District.

In a statement he personally signed on Saturday, Bintinlaye who is a chieftain of the PDP in Kwara State, described Comrade Fakayode as a revered party man, public administrator and uncommon leader.

"Since your foray into partisan politics in 1998 at the insistence of the majority who value creativity, innovation and flexibility, you have continously and consistently holding the forth.

"For students of history, surfing through your pedigree as State PRO of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (1998), Chairman of Irepodun Local Government between 1999-2002, State Vice Chairman of Association of Local Governments in Nigeria (2000 and 2002)

"Before this, you had displayed a high sense of honesty, responsibility and integrity as Kwara State Auditor of Nigeria Civil Service Union between 1986 and 1988 (you later become the State Chairman of the same Union and served meritoriously in that capacity), State Chairman of the nation’s umbrella Labour body – the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) between 1992 and 1998.

"These but prove that yours has been a lifetime dedicated to the service of humanity. For example, it is on record that there were few resources available in nearly all of Nigeria's 774 Local Councils at the time you served, his three-year term as a Council chairman was notable for having the highest levels of peace, serenity, and understanding among all parties. It is on record that as Chairman of Irepodun Local Government, Comrade Fakayode was able to extricate the public sector from routine and monotony!"

Honourable Bukoye Marooph Bintinlaye wished Comrade Fakayode good health, prosperity and long life.
