* We notify the seller to deliver the product or service to the buyer within the stipulated time
* Buyer confirms delivery of the product or service
* Buyer confirms that the agreed terms are met and satisfied
* We release funds in our escrow account to the seller
* Transaction is complete - safely and securely!



CATEGORY B

(FOR SERVICE SUCH AS E-CURRENCY EXCHANGE FROM BUYER TO SELLER)

* Buyer sees a seller he/she would like to sell an e-currency to but is scared seller may not deliver if he/she sends the e-currency in advance
* Buyer and Seller agree to terms. Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction by creating a WhatsApp group and invites the escrow agent
* We make enquiries on the terms of the agreement
* Seller shows commitment to the buyer by making payments to our escrow account
* We notify the buyer that funds have been secured from the seller
* We notify the buyer to send the e-currency to the seller within the stipulated time
* Seller confirms delivery of the e-currency
* Seller confirms that the agreed terms are met and satisfied
* We release funds in our escrow account to the buyer
* Transaction is complete - safely and securely!




Our Service Fee and Payment Terms

* We charge an escrow fee of 5% of the transaction value (Naira)
