Attack On Wawa Military Cantonment, Niger State Foiled, Terrorists Arrested by ISTP: 7:43am On Oct 31, 2022

An attack by terrorists on the military cantonment at Wawa, Niger State, on Saturday midnight, was prevented by combined efforts of both air and land forces.

Our correspondent gathered that no fewer than two terrorists were killed during a gun duel that ensued between the hoodlums and the military.

A source said several terrorists fled with gunshot wounds and a manhunt had been launched for them.

“Some were arrested immediately after the foiled attack, while more were arrested alive in Gada Oli bush in the afternoon,” the source added.

Also, a situation report seen by our correspondent on Sunday said the terrorists came with a vehicle loaded with Improvised Explosive Devices.

The signal read in part, “Two Motorola radios were captured, an unconfirmed number of ammunition were recovered, and two vehicles; one of the vehicles was laden with IED, bombs, and an aircraft gun.

“The facility and commodities are safe. NAF’s super Tucano and surveillance aircraft are on patrol around the area.”

These guys mean business..... but only so far as we too mean business. Terrorism can only prosper when it is enabled by the citizens. It's just like in my area, I can pinpoint at least 50 bad elements on request. We know these terrorists and it is time we rise and fight for our lives by all means. Terrorism is a global issue so there's no talk of japa. You don't know where you can be bombed or stabbed, so start with your immediate environment. Let's be vigilant and we can beat these bastards.

Let captured terrorists be shot on capture (Geneva doesn't cover them) and at least two kept to reveal the whereabouts of others.

North ruled Nigeria, yet couldnt help build schools, Southerners hustled to build schools, we are now paying for northern education thru catchment policy.

It didnt end there. They also destroy our alcohol in the name of religion but still get share of the VAT that comes from alcohol. Omo, na who sear for soutjern nigeria?
