Kind assist with what could have caused it or if it's a normal thing..

I was using a manual transmission before .l switching to auto- transmission...

But I noticed that if I want to shift the gear from Park (P) to R( reverse) or Drive [D]; sometimes its kind of hard and somethings its smooth..

Pls the professionals what could have caused it or its normal.. before taking it to all this mechos..
