Yesterday the deposed Emir of Kano sanudi Lamido assured Nigerian Muslims that the CBN Governor had confirmed the Arabic Ajami would be retained on the new Naira Notes to be designed soon by CBN, this has led to different reactions as Muslims are expressing wild excitement over this pronouncements while some are even making it mandatory for the CBN to include the Islamic. Inscriptions in all denominations On behalf of all Christians, I hereby call on the CBN to show fairness and Equity that this country belongs to all of us by including the Sign of the Cross on the Naira note. This is not only necessary but compulsory to avoid a religious war in this country. If NIgeria is a secular state all religious emblems must be well represented in our National identities or else avoidable religious crisis will continue to be the order of the day. 6 Likes |

 "How many times will they tell you that Nigeria is not for you?" Even adding the sign of the cross to to the currency doesn't mean fairness because there are other religions that do not use the cross. |
