Recently the lagos state government announced that the blue and red line railway are almost ready, i noticed from a post this morning that, the submitted record by the company (CRCC) showed it cost RMB1.256b to construct 26km rail and the document still showed it cost SAUDI ARABIA RMB1.0b TO CONSTRUCT 2,400KM RAIL LINE. |
