whosoever did the vin check for you is not truthful.he deleted a critical info.cross check the vin report of your car than i just checked now.also the mileage data is missing, but the fault is from where the car was maintained in canada. the mileage wud hv shown you how many miles that car has been driven from which you can now deduce the how the car has been used.if the mileage exceeds 150k for a 2003 car pls, buy with caution.
based on the recycling facility info in the vin report.my advice to you is for you not to buy the car, unless its being sold very cheap.chk below for the definition of recycle.

You already have two opinions, is it until they bring damaged car to you that you will believe?

The car actually checks out well. it hasn't been in an accident before and ih has never been reported stolen. All the activities listed are normal processes that needed to be done in the country. All the activites listed are the registeration and registeration renewals in the country.
I wouild go for the car,
