Wike has spoken on the 2023 campaign. The governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike, has said protecting life and properties is the government’s responsibility at all levels. “We believe we owe this country, and we must also stop this politics of religion so that we don’t instigate crisis and violence,” Wike said.
