Kate Winslet is one very lucky lady. The 35-year-old Oscar winner was one of nearly 20 people staying at British billionaire Sir Richard Branson's private home on Necker Island, which caught fire late Sunday night. Fortunately, the Contagion actress escaped unharmed as the blaze tore through Branson's luxury home in the British Virgin Islands -- the same Caribbean destination where Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo tied the knot just one month earlier.
