We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Office Administration
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Internship-NYSC
Monthly Allowance: 40,000.00
Preferred Gender: Female

The Role


We are looking for a personable, organized and self-motivated individual for the role of Office administrator to provide administrative support to our teams.
This role will also be responsible for keeping the office running as well as working with our HR team on HR projects.
Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
Manages filing systems and office supplies, maintains IT infrastructure, and keeps inventory of orders
Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues
Monitors office management and designs innovative work systems
Works with the Human Resources team to update office policies and onboard new hires
Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
Plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization
Arranges travel processes, including flight and hotel booking, and car rentals
Act as administrative support to the Executive team
Assist the HR team in various projects
Manage contractors and support staff.
This role will be ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resource Management.

Requirements
1st Degree in any field (HND can apply)
Ability to use MS Office tools especially Excel & PowerPoint will be added advantage
Written and oral skills will be tested
Business research and analysis knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in any related field (HND can apply)
Organizational and time-management skills
Analytical abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Interpersonal skills
Demonstrable basic use of MS Office tools especially MS Word, Excel, with an attitude to learn new systems and procedures.
