Reno Omokri, a former media aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan, has said that the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi’s IPOB nature was on display during the Arise TV presidential town hall meeting held on Sunday.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is a proscribed nationalist separatist group in Nigeria that aims to restore the Republic of Biafra.

Newsbreak Nigeria reports that Peter Obi reacted angrily to a comment by Dino Melaye, a former senator and one of the spokespersons of PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

Reacting to a comment on Twitter by Oseloka Obaze, a member of the Peter Obi movement who blamed Arise TV for ‘Changing the rules in the middle of the game”, Reno said Peter Obi was exposed for the shallow second-class graduate of philosophy that he is.
