Gunmen dressed in military uniforms reportedly attacked commuters travelling on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Tuesday.

The gunmen suspected to be kidnappers stormed the road from the bush before the Sagamu Interchange en route Lagos and started shooting sporadically at motorists in the 18-passenger inter-state bus.

According to one of the victims who craved anonymity, “We (passengers) were only lucky to escape the gunmen but many of us have been injured by the bullets and our bus has been badly damaged too.”

Another video shows a man who survived bullet wounds recounting his experience saying, “I thought I was dead, having been shot by them.

“They faced our vehicle shooting at us, we all lay down except the driver who was the target. They thought we were all dead and retreated into the bush.

“The joint patrol team of police officers from Ogun and Oyo states arrived at the scene later.

All attempts to reach the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, for further details proved abortive as of the time of filing his report. He did not take his calls nor replied to the text message sent to his phone.

They now shift to the southwest. If you believe that Nigerian insecurity is not concerned you, wait till it reaches your location, then, you will know that it affects everybody.

The prices of foodstuffs have increased.
The fuel is now 260/litre
The cooking gas is 800/kg
Insecurities are on the high level
Inflation, etc
And some people will be shouting "our party our party" can your party provide solutions to all these problems, don't worry everybody's eyes go clear after the election. The situation of this present govt will be child's play to the next government in 2023. We will see how your party will perform miracles to fix Nigeria's problem.

You nailed it. They are currently in delirium like frenzy in support of their candidates with spurious claims. We shall see like ypu pointed in 2023...Nigeria's issue is beyond any party ir candidates.
