2019 isn't 2023 the political variables and indices are different. In 2019 the election was rigged massively for APC in Borno, Kano, Jigawa, Katsina and Yobe State. INEC and people won't offer them such blind opportunities anymore. There was no election held there. Acquaint yourself with information before pouring out your heart.
