Have you noticed calling customer care number isn't that easily unlike before because they are messing up big and they can't the anger from customers .

NCC is aware of wrong configuration of Nigeria gsm.
The poor is subsidising the Rich on Nigeria fixed tarriff gsm to allow very low investment in Nigeria gsm
MTN used NITEL networks free of charge on fraudulent NCC interconnection which is not interconnection but termination. It is an agreement nobody signed but NITEL fraudulently displayed it as an agreement
So much money was available for bribery that nobody cared.
That is why on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G speed is extremely low. Not even ten percent of advertised values.
