Apostle Prof Johnson Suleman Has Been Vindicated by Dreal1247: 8:06am On Nov 15, 2022
When Apostle Prof Johnson Suleman spoke of foolish Igbos, many people of Igbo origin, some enemies of the Gospel and people who don't want to hear about Men of God came out in their numbers to speak against him. He made it categorically clear that the enemies of the Igbos are the foolish Igbos. In one of his evangelical outreaches, he was speaking to traders in Lagos, he still made it clear that any Igbo mam who attacks his brother or wages war against the political career of each other is a foolish Igbo man.
But it appears that with what has been coming from Prof Chukwuma Soludo, the Executive Governor of Anambra state in recent times, Apostle Prof Johnson Suleman seems to have seen what many others failed to see. Soludo is one of the major beneficiaries of the foundation laid by Obi. It was during the pandemic that it was discovered that Obi purchased some ventilators when other states were sourcing for funds to acquire the machine. If not that Obi has retired the godfathers in Anambra state, Prof Chukwuma Soludo would not have been able to come close to the seat of government in the state. People are receiving different awards in the state from the academia, health and medical fields, etc. The Governor is always happy to identify with them, yet he has failed to acknowledge that these are traceable to the prudent management of the resources by Mr Peter Obi. Obi reduced the number vehicles in his entourage. He never employed the use of despatch riders. He did this just to deliver the promises made to the people. Prof Chukwuma Soludo forgot that while other past Governors are enjoying jumbo retirement benefits, Mr Peter Obi made it clear that it is a waste of state resources and never accepted it. Being a major beneficiary of the hard work of Mr Peter Obi, I think the statement made by Apostle Prof Johnson Suleman has been justified. It's now time for those who attacked, criticized and almost crucified him for the statement to swallow the humble pie by apologizing to the respected oracle of God.

This is politics ...at least no body would say Peter obi is an Igbo candidate

Are a Fulanis in support of Atiku ? Can we now call them foolish ?

Are all Yorubas in support of Tinubu ? Can we now call them foolish ?

Why are you all to point out Igbos did this and Igbos did that ?

The Igbos once again have proven that there is no sacred cows in Igboland unlike others who cover the evils of their kinsmen. Even though I see Soludo as a clown,

Children may never be able to see what an elder sees....... SE agitation will be meaningless should they politically shoot themselves on the foot this time around.

Soludo is a bitter and jealous politician...his presidential ambition was reduced to nothing before it even commenced several years back...now there's a PO and Soludo can't seem to hold himself angry angry angry angry angry angry angry angry angry angry

See, there's no way they won't point it out

This is the best opportunities the Igbos have had since 1999 and they're spoiling the opportunity because of selfishness? It's really sad bro.

Those of us supporting Obi from outside are doing so because we wished Osinbajo was there and since he's out, Obi is the right person at this time.

Do you think Yorubas (especially the educated ones) will have a widely acceptable candidate like Osinbajo and they'll be supporting Obi?

You think it's all about morality? This isn't morality bro. It's about being politically relevant.

If you're not represented in politics, who would speak for you and defend your interests?

Do you think the APC can do that? Do you think the PDP is interested in that? Now that Obi is being widely supported, is it wise for the Igbos to pull him down?

Those other tribes, are all their candidates totally clean? Why can't they also bring them down and become politically irrelevant like their Igbos?

This is where education plays its role. Educated and intelligent people know that Soludo is just clowning and that his criticisms are done with bad blood. But all the same, his criticism will help shape Obi's character. The people will be ever vigilant to monitor him to see if he is what he portrays himself or that Soludo is right about him. That is the beauty of democracy and having educated citizens who can decifer facts from falsehood. But however, if other tribes don't criticise one another despite having reasons to do so, then intelligent people can easily label such people as docile people. No society can grow without having a reasonable number of opposing voices that helps as checkmate.

How about if every Igbo man supports Obi and at the end of the day, he wins and doesn't perform well? What would be said of the entire igbos if such happens? You will likely criticise them for being myopic and ethnic bigots for overwhelmingly voting a failure. People are entitled to have opposing views, even when enlightened ones can see through Soludos rants which are born out of envy. A reasonable number of yorubas do not support Tinubu, likewise some northerners do not support Atiku. And nothing is said about them being disunited and all that. I am an ijaw, and I opposed and campaigned against GEJ when I saw his failures. I didn't support him blindly because he is my tribes man. Likewise I have been speaking against jubrin the Sudanese.
