JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER/HMO OFFICER Key Responsibilities Good Organization and Multitasking abilities Customer service orientation Knowledge of finance officer Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping Strong communication Skill Excellent knowledge of Ms office especially excel and word Getting of approval code from Health maintenance organisations (HMO) for eligible patients by filling in the requested services Conversant with the HMO processes Welcoming patients/taking phone calls/sorting correspondence JOB DESCRIPTION Must have a good customer relationship Receive all entrants into the clinic irrespective of their status as patients or visitors. Politely inquire to find out the purpose of their visits. Keep a proper record of frame and drugs. Both sold and unsold Daily stock taking of frame and drugs Place calls to remind patient of their appointment and outstanding bills or any other information which does not include advice on drugs or spectacles. Issue receipts and invoices as payment is made Proceed to explain clinical charges and procedures to intending patients and issue cards. Received incoming calls and the purpose of the call Cleaning ready glasses and calling patients for pickup. Shall be responsible in calling for code for HMO patient Following up on Doctors to document diagnosis on their request to reduce claims denials Must assist patient in choosing frame Must keep a proper record of patient information save on the system. Daily cash deposit to the bank Prepare monthly bills accordingly within the first one week of the new month or before 5th of a new month. Ensuring appropriate filling of documents to various files. Routine visit to non performing HMO/Performing HMO Make sure daily patient record is up to date Routine visit to primary health clinics/companies Place order for drugs when necessary Update creditors ledgers upon supply or payment made by/to the supplier. Update frame inventory with list of frames sold on weekly basis. Assist in purchasing some of the clinic things QUALIFICATIONS Job Requirement Minimum of first Degree (HND/B.SC) in Business Administration/Accounting/Marketing HMO Experience is required Excellent customer relationship skills Good communication/presentation skills both oral and written Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative network Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all staff Salary: 80-100k Location: Lagos island Interested persons should forward their cv to swifteduconsult@gmail.com to apply |
