APC has delivered the change it promised, says Adamu at presidential campaign flag-off

Abdullahi Adamu, national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says the party has delivered the “change” it promised Nigerians. Adamu spoke on Tuesday at the flag-off of the APC presidential campaign in Jos.

The APC chairman said the party is honoured to have President Muhammadu Buhari in person at the inauguration of the campaign, adding that his presence shows commitment to the party and all its candidates.

Adamu also said Buhari’s achievements surpassed those of his predecessors, in infrastructure and other areas. "I ask you all to stand up and applaud Buhari for a job well done,” Adamu said. Our party has performed creditably well. We promised change and we delivered change.”

He also said the handover of the party’s flag to Bola Tinubu, its presidential candidate, is a symbol of authority to lead the party into the 2023 elections.

According to him, the flag is the banner of the party and must remain “clean” at all times. We must not do anything that will stain the banner. It will stain when we fail to be good ambassadors and faithful servants of the party,” he said.

“We stain the banner when we do things that negate free, fair and credible elections. It is not over until it is over. Until the trophy of victory is in our bag, we will not rest.” In his remarks, Buhari said the party is ready to support Tinubu all the way.

“The party has taken a stand and we are going to support and campaign for him to be elected president of Nigeria,” Buhari said.I am not going to read a long speech. I am here to hand over our party’s flag to him.”

Yeah! The upgrade chain and bondage next level catastrophe has been delivered already but affliction will not arise a second time.

......The last 7 years of Buhari and APC stepped up the nations gloom and doom to the extent that for the first time since the end of the civil war in 1970, our resilience is being tested to a breaking point.

The daily harvest of needless death in the hands of terrorists of all shades, our national economic collapse leading to untold hardship, the oppressive extravagance of the ruling class, the hopelessness in our broken health, educational infrastructure and many more are palpable testaments to our recent history presided over by President Buhari and his cronies...."

Without mincing words, APC has not only failed in its promises, but it has engineered a retrogression of the country, especially in the areas of security and economy. There are disturbing statistics on fuel, debts, unemployment, inflation, insecurity and others.

The unemployment rate was 8.19% in 2015 when APC took over, but now it is 33.3%. A US dollar is exchanged at N720 in the parallel market now. It was N198 in 2015. While the country’s debt status was N9.8 trillion in 2015, it stands at N41.6 trillion and the list is endless.

Tinubu’s APC cannot say Nigeria is fine under its rule, and Nigerians are waiting for the ruling party at the polls, and it is the party that Tinubu formed as a platform to achieve his lifelong ambition

These are the extent of damage that the APC has wrecked and Tinubu is using the same platform for his campaigns. It is with keen interest that the Nigerian people await the campaigns to commence.

‘I wrote APC’s manifesto’
The economist-turned politician also gave a historical account of how APC’s manifesto was drafted in his Lagos home, but bemoaned the shared dishonesty of APC stalwarts, who rather than adhere to provisions of the document, “shamelessly jettisoned it without any form of remorse”.

A classical case of Dunning Kruger Effect; "Wherein incompetent people do not only fail to realize their incompetence but consider themselves more competent than anyone else."

Meanwhile, "sometimes, people dont want to hear the truth because they dont want their illusions destroyed."(Friedrich Nietzsche). A sad case of "living in this world without leaving your footprint on it."(Bohemian philosophy)

I keep saying it, these people take us for granted, reason they don't want any outsider to assume power. They want to remain there forever.
None of them is down to earth to at least know the fate of the people. Imagine that APC has delivered the change they promised upon all these heightened poverty and hardship.

Where do we start? From insecurity to cost of items to corruption to Naira crash etc, no wahala and my western people are brazing up once small to Push same people into power for another 4 or 8 years all in the name of tribe. We will all face it

The greatest election-winning weapons of APC are lies, money and propaganda.

If Tinubu wins, Festus Keyamo is likely going to be the next minister of information.

That man will even see black and put it to us that it's white.

Fool!

Have you changed naira to exchange 1 naira for 1 dollar?

Are you paying graduates 5k monthly?

Have you defeated Boko Haram?

Are you creating 3million jobs annually or that people who had jobs at all have lost them?

Is Nigeria more secure today than it was in 2015?

Why do these APC leaders think every Nigerian is as brainless as their supporter?

It is obvious that the APC have been taking Nigerians on a long ride. They are like the devil- They came to steal, kill and destroy. This is visible in all their tenets of modus operandi.

But here is another election year for Nigerians to put things right, let us not miss this time like we did in 2015. To make Nigeria stand on his feet again, is a task that must be done!

These people are using style to mock Nigerians.
It’s just heartbreaking to know that they are not even empathetic to suffering of people.
How would they?

And when we say APC na evil party with evil set of people, some senseless Nigerians go dey open their mouth dey yarn dust, say nor be by party but individuals all because say their old druggie done become flag bearer.

There were lot of PDP chieftain's, members and supporters who spoke seriously against PDP way of leadership when PDP was in power(especially that of Goodluck Jonathan).
But ever since APC took over power, APC chieftain's, members and supporters will rather prefer the country burn to ashe than to ever speak against the calamities buhari is causing all over Nigeria, because their party dey more important to them than the entire Nigeria.

With all the calamities wey buhari done cause put for ground for Nigeria, na apology Nigerians suppose dey hear from APC by now and not campaigning again. Even some idiots still want Nigerians to support one old druggie who's brain is already malfunctioning due to old age and too many hard drugs, that is even one of the founder of the evil party, na wa o.

APC too do Nigeria and Nigerians sha. E done tay wey japa out of the country done dey exist for Nigeria, but many people nor too reason am. But ever since APC took over power, everybody for Nigeria done take japa out of the country as a serious goal to achieve.

Hahahahahahhahahsahshahahah.....yes they have;
More poverty
More violent death
More suffering
More ethnic divisions
More religious intolerance
Taking Nigeria back 20 years

Of course they've delivered the change, and they're looking to deliver more change next year cheesy

To you people looking to vote Tinubu because he's from your tribe and to spite the Igbos, remember the mistake you made during the last election and how you're suffering for it. Go ahead and vote Tinubu, you'll suffer more. No matter how bad things are, there'll always be commerce and trade and we know the Igbos dominate this section, they'll just increase the prices of items and you'll have no option than to buy
You might be claiming Tinubu built Lagos and all that bullshit but deep inside you you know that's rubbish. You voted Buhari, did he build any state? You know tinubu is too old to handle the rigours of governance, but he's from your tribe, that's your primary reason and you know this.

You'll suffer more
