Am 34yrs and I've had eczema as long as I can remember. They appear as white rashes on my face, chest and back. I have use antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide ointments and nixoderm. Previously, all these worked, but this time, these medications are giving me no results. Please, I need a lasting cure to this mess.

Eczema is rare in this part of the tropics..what you are probably encountering is a skin inflammation called Tinea Versicolor..this skin disorder is very common considering the humid temperature in Nigeria..it is caused by fungal growths which grows on the skin..it can't be completely eradicated because of the climate..but it can be kept in check..I suggest you buy a mild antiseptic like dettol..and use Dettol 'skincare'(the one with pink wrap) soaps to have your bath twice everyday..after bathing use any anti-fungal,anti-inflammatory ointments which contain clotrimazole and sulphur like 'Canex Cream' and 'Funbact-A'..in 3weeks,you should be seeing a positive result..goodluck..
