The ATIKU-OKOWA goal shall be to double Nigeria's infrastructure stock to approximately 70% of GDP by 2030. This quantum leap would require a commitment to invest a minimum of US$35 billion annually in the next 5 years to finance all the core public infrastructure projects. We envisage this will come substantially from the private sector.

= 25,000 MW : Target Power Generation Capacity mix of non-renewable energy (hydro, solar, nuclear) and other thermal fuels (coal, biofuel) in addition to natural gas.

= 2 MILLION BARRELS PER DAY : Oil refining infrastructure: Prioritize investment to double refining capacity to two million barrels per day by 2027.

= 5000 KM : Rail Infrastructure: Improve freight based rail efficiency and achieve accelerated construction to up to 5,000 Km of modern railway lines.

= 15,000 MW : Transmission Capacity over the ShortTerm. Target 25,000 MW over the long-term.

= 1 MILLION HOUSING UNITS : Private-sector led delivery of low to medium housing.

= 70,000 KM : Paved road network from 60,000 Km which would lead to a
reduction in untarred road to 120,000km.
