They're creating standards but sometimes they don't know that due to culture and lifestyle, what works for Country A won't work for B. Libya has not known peace since they're trying to transition into democracy from autocracy. It means that autocracy works well with some country while democracy works well with others.

Just look at how they destroyed Afghanistan also after 20 years of killing 1000s of innocent Afghans and American soldiers, the so called Talibans are still ruling Afghanistan, they also lied about weapons of mass destructions which never existed in Iraq, but they still invaded Iraq and murdered Saddam Hussein and destroyed Iraq murdered so many Iraqis and lost so many American soldiers, stole tons of Saddam's golds. America is still selling weapons to the UAE for which they use to bomb innocent Yemeni's women and children

See, guy, it's only bullies and insecure people that are usually loud and showy. The quiet ones are more deadly because you don't know what they are capable of. You will never see the US or it allies announce their military capabilities and arsenals. The ones you see are just the tip of the iceberg. The real ones are well concealed.
