Gucciblog: These people are totally insane, how is it not possible, do they know the number of vehicles not to talk of other fuel consuming utilities being used a day in the country. IMF has never been a straightforward entity, they give egg and collect chicken in return... Many don't take them serious because they are not serious |

The heist has been going on for years. That is why they deliberately grounded the refineries and went for full importation of petroleum. It gives them more room to steal through their bogus subsidy claims. 1 Like |

IMF intervention in Nigeria. High time. Either we get it right or we go our seperate ways. If we should be together, we must get it right and abide by international standard of ways of doing things. The other day biya was chased away from the hall in France where he came to celebrate 40yrs in government by angry Cameroonian. Will never be business as usual. |

Is it Peter Obi that said that or Sanusi Lamido. Sanusi has been saying that since 2013 when you people were calling him a jihadist because Jonathan and co were the beneficiaries. Check youtube. Gucciblog: |

It isn’t really hard to get a better estimate of total consumption daily but this will not be in the best interest of the NNPC. An over-estimated daily consumption is the basis of the subsidy scam. |

I'm not saying Nigeria consume up to that or more but let's take a look at it, IMF failed to understand that in Nigeria with poor electricity supply, the demand for daily consumption of PMS will be higher given that the numbers of Households who run Generator daily is higher than vehicle consumption... Let's take another angle, let take a look at filling station in each state and sum up the total, like NNPC, Mobil, Bovas, Matrix, Nipco, Total, Oando, Conoil, AP(now Forte oil), etc and other private station, and calculate their numbers of those stations we might have in each state, and multiple them by 33,000 little a full load of truck... |
Re: IMF Raises Doubt Over NNPC's 66m Litres Daily Fuel Consumption Claim by sumboty: 10:09pm On Nov 21, 2022 |
1b8m: That's because Pakistan has stable electricity, while Nigeria don't, The household consumption of fuel in Nigeria is higher than vehicle consumption... Take a look at those betting shop's, they consume fuel in a day than some vehicles will consume in 3-4 days... So Mr Oga think deeply sometimes before you discard some people's comments... |
