Buhari kicks-off first oil drilling field in north Adeze Ojukwu President Muhammadu Buhari, today launched the first oil drilling in northern Nigeria. Located around Gombe and Bauchi states, the Kolmani Oil Prospecting Lease (OPL) 809 and 810 Kolmani oil fields, are expected to produce one billion barrels.
