Tompolo is just getting paid in huge sums, every damn time..

It's somehow unfair how some are getting/making it big, while others are just there with little or nothing..

God please pick the calls of those who have no evidence of good living...

U too form ur own govt nah, after that start confronting federal government, with time either u sent to early grave or u reward with huge pay. Anything good must come from struggle and risk

if it will actually give the needed protection to our pipeline

It will not because he is next in line to be compromised. He is going to cash out big time. For a percentage of the proceeds, he will turn around and become the watchdog for the oil thieves.

Corruption in Nigeria runs too deep already... This won't change anything except make the people in charge of surveillance rich as they would take bribe and turn blind eye.

An average Nigerian is corrupt by default, corruption is our instinct.. It runs through our DNA. I personally believe there must be a scientific explanation for the level of corruption that exists in Africa... Maybe it's a survival trait our race picked at some point in our evolution journey... It's just my personal theory, and its worth conducting a scientific research on.

Everybody is always looking for a way to rip the country or the other person off... From common traders to the police to Civil servants all the way to the highest level of government officials.... Everybody is 'jack the ripper!' Even we that are complaining about corruption, if we get appointed in any public office we would still rip the country off one way or the other. It's a mentality an average Nigerian has.

Corruption is everywhere around the world quite alright... But not to this extent!

Solution? I have one... Start handing out death penalty to guilty corrupt public officials... It's going to look barbaric but that's the only option.

Cos there is no instinct stronger than "survival instinct"..... your instinct to steal from the public would always bend to your instinct to "stay alive"

Death sentence won't end corruption but it will reduce it dramatically.

People are just looking at the figures without knowing the operational cost. Do you know how many security personnel will be involved including vehicles, fuel, fire arms, drones, and other people that will be on the payroll

What a useless country, where criminals and ppl with questionable characters are rewarded and celebrated.

Killers and thugs with guns are awarded multibillion naria contracts why ASUU are on strike.

Millions of graduates are jobless or work 20000naria salary per month why militants and kidnappers are rewarded with Hugh contracts.

One ancestor used billions to buy party delegates and he is rewarded with party presidential ticket, that single act would have disqualified him,r ather he is celebrated and some foolish ppl are campaigning for him.

What a country

Indirect bribery by Fulani terrorists to Niger Delta militants to keep the oil flowing while they continue to eat up the biggest share. Some people are born to be slaves. They are bribing you with your own money. Greed has made some people to be slaves for life.
