I just have a simple question that I need an answer to - Does the child's gender determine the period between birth and the child's dedication in church? Please guys and thanks in advance for your answers.

I know it could be 41 days or 3 months amongst other durations; but is it 3 months for both genders? Or 41 days for both genders? Or another duration the same for both genders? Or a different duration for each gender?
