Someone that has a good profile as a Principal in a Standard secondary Secondary.

Reasons why you may not get a good Principal
1. You are focusing too much on Paper Qualification
2. You are focusing on recruiting from your locality. A reputable school should have an official accommodation for her Principal
3. You are advertising at a time when an applicant who is currently engaged will not be able to give enough resignation notice. No good Principal worth his onions will walk away from his school just a few days to the beginning of a new session. Also makes applicants to suspect that your principal either walked away or was sacked due to non performance or irreconcilable differences with the Management

Suggestions:
1. Focus on experience and competence rather than paper qualification
2. Rent an official residence (3-bedroom flat) so you can have candidates from far and wide
3. Focus on having the successful candidate resume in January 2012.
