Use “WhatsApp banned” as your subject and use the message below

Good morning, I’m writing to lay a complaint as regards to my blocked number +23481******** (You must use +234 and then your number follows; your first zero should be removed)

That’s all, they will reply your mail under 1 minute notifying you that they got your complaint and after some hours, it will be unbanned.
