A global energy service company located in Houston and Nigeria , is hiring an Accounting Assistant.

Job Description:
➢ Revenue Assurances & Monitoring the In-flow and Out of funds into the account.
➢ Preparation of monthly Control Accounts (Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables Ledgers updates).
➢ Recording all the financial activities of the establishment as directed.
➢ Analyse daily/weekly/monthly banking transactions.
➢ Payroll/ salaries payment reconciliation.
➢ Assists with the preparation of annual budget.
➢ Assisting with Internal auditing and provide adequate information for external auditor when necessary.
➢ Handling Petty Cash System and requisitions verifications
➢ Assisting with the preparation of monthly projects profitability reports. ➢ Assisting with the regular regulatory filing.
➢ Filing physical records appropriately and timely.
➢ Posting all accounting records on Quickbooks daily.

Qualifications:
• HND or BSc. Accounting (ICAN or ACCA student with HND or BSc in any other course are allowed)
• Experience with the use of Quickbooks
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel is a MUST
• 2 years working experience is an added advantage BUT not a must.

Salary Budget: NGN120,000 - 150,000
