I don't think Yemeni houthis could afford missiles. What you are referring to are rockets. The Israeli iron dome is perfect for those.

The US defence system is designed to tackle cruise, ballistic missiles and aircraft from Russia and China. Not cheap grad rockets and drones from Iran.

If you are fighting US and intend to conduct SEAD, you are definitely using Kalibr, Iskander, Kh55 etc and the US has solution to them all.
