Governor Soludo made an unannounced visit to the Isuofia-Igboukwu road project site.
He wasn't even there with the Commissioner for Works.
He went there all alone with his personal security..

In the Video, Soludo could be seen telling the contractor that he had no reasons, nor excuses.

And that he was given the contract because he was an indigenous Contractor.
Yet he couldn't deliver.

Some contractors don't have the capacity to deliver on some projects, the win contracts based on their connections.

During bidding they submit so many false and forged documents.

When the eventually win the contract they start running around looking for who will bell them out.

Many organograms used in bidding are faulty.

Let Soludo press for refund if the money paid so far is above the milestone he covered.

But is a criminal offense to pay upfront because payments are made after the completion of every milestone
