Brand Of The Year: Mayor Of Housing Shines In DMOMA Awards, Wins Double In Port Harcourt.

The fast rising Port Harcourt business and investment community ‘Mayor of Housing’ has emerged DMOMA Awards 2022 brand of the year in southern Nigeria.

The ‘Mayor of Housing’ was deservedly awarded and honoured together with other DMOMA Awards recipients on 3rd December 2022 at Hilltop Event Center, GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, after the brands like Desperados, Operamini App, etc.

His Royal Highness, Eze Christopher Wonodi JP, the Eze Mbam Abali, Eze Rishi Ohia Xii, Rebisi Kingdom, Port Harcourt, presented the prestigious DMOMA Awards artefact to My-Ace China who was ably represented by his sister.

In like manner, the Mayor of Housing’s front-man My-Ace China (formerly, Aloy China Emeka) also emerged as 2022 Real Estate Personality of the year.
He beats the likes of Maxwell Nweze, John Kalu and Jide Balogun.

Mayor of housing has been making waves in southern Nigeria and beyond with his brand-building project and investments in real estate, currently developing and selling the Alesa Highland, believed to be ready to overtake the Banana Island in Lagos.

He is also known as a social funding champion and strategist.

His Alesa Highland estate is selling the first 100 plots while preparing the real deal, 1500 plots that would sit on a virgin area between Port Harcourt Garden City and Onne Industrial zone where over 200 companies operate.

The upcoming estate is said to attract huge attention due to a road being constructed from Port Harcourt through Alesa near the Indorama zone to the East West Road that would deliver traffic to Calabar via Uyo.
