1.We are looking for an astute procurement officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The procurement officer's responsibilities include supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful as a procurement officer you should have an analytical mind and keep up with product and service trends. Ultimately, a procurement officer should be able to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.

Procurement Officer Responsibilities:
Overseeing and supervising all activities of the purchasing department.
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Minimum BSC/HND certificate
Minimum of 3years Post NYSC

2.Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media
Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization's brand and social media strategy
Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer
Interacting with customers and dealing with customer’s inquiries
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.

3. Sales Executive PH and Lagos

Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 3years minimum relevant experience
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or Executive , consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Experience in IT industry an added advantage
