During my first year of masters abroad, we always do open book test and exam easily. In Nigeria, there are some courses where they won’t even allow you to use calculators, abroad your calculator go dey with you steady.

What I’m saying is that Nigerians believe too much in cramming rather than processing the information. Whether politicians speak offhand or not, most of what they say is written for them by their aides and they just have to digest it and then say it.

If using teleprompter will make it easy for him to deliver the good speech just like he did at Chatham, then why should he? That speech he delivered in Chatham house is the best I’ve ever seen in recent time. The policy are clear and you can see the structure.
