Its laughable when you guys think high of Lagos and boasts with it. I have all stayed in the choicest hotels and apartments in VI, Lekki, Banana Island, VGC, Lagos is a slum, even Eko atlantic, compared to developments/planning in Europe/America.

The IGR and Fed allocations coming into Lagos yearly is enough to make Lagos a modern city.
