Dogs can eat the following human foods:

Apples: Apples have high vitamins A and C, which are essential for dogs.

White Rice: Cooked, plain white rice is an excellent choice for a dog with an upset stomach because it aids digestion and stool binding.

Milk and dairy products: Dairy items like milk, cheese, and plain yogurt are healthy for dogs to consume in tiny amounts.

Lactose intolerant dogs should avoid dairy products. Lactose intolerance symptoms include diarrhea or vomiting after consuming dairy products.

Fish: Salmon, shrimp, and tuna are all healthy to feed to dogs and are high in protein.

Chicken: When a dog’s stomach is upset, plain, cooked chicken with no flavor is an excellent option.

Well, in general, you shouldn't go out of your way to feed your pup any human food. Dogs metabolise their food differently so what might be great for humans may be toxic to dogs. But still, your dog can eat a number of human foods safely. Things like white rice, carrots, banana, etc are fine for your dog, but again, always remember to feed them these meals in moderation.
