Position Title: Senior Executive
Reports To: Senior Manager
Location: Lagos
Expected Resumption Date: January 2, 2023

Position Summary: [/b]Ensure proper postings of transactions, reconcile accounts payable and receivable, invoicing of clients on a monthly basis or as required, ensure timely payments of approved expenses and perform all financial routine jobs as instructed.

[b]Job Description:
• Ensure timely payments of approved expenses
• Ensure retirements of transactions.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable monthly.
• Bank reconciliation statements.
• Ensure proper postings of transactions.
• Invoicing of clients on a monthly basis or as required.
• Ensure follow-up with clients till payments are received.
• Keeping accounts receivable, accounts payable, and all relevant ledgers up to date.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Remittances of statutory taxes, Pension, etc.
• Fixed Asset Register management.
• Reconciling account payable & receivable ledgers with vendors and customers.

Minimum Requirements:
• Education: B.Sc/HND in Accounting or Finance
• Experience: 4 years+ experience and must have worked in an audit firm
• Skills & Knowledge: use of accounting software like Sage 50, Microsoft tools like Excel, Powerpoint, word and strong attention to detail, and good analytical skills.
