Position Title: Manager
Reports To: Senior Manager
Location: Abuja
Expected Resumption Date: January 2, 2023
Position Summary: To manage all accounting transactions, ensure proper postings of transactions, prepare Monthly financial reporting for decision making and perform all other financial jobs as instructed.

Job Description:
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Monthly financial reporting
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable monthly.
• Bank reconciliation statements
• Ensure proper postings of transactions
• Invoicing of clients on a monthly basis or as required
• Ensure follow-up with clients till payments are received
• Keeping account receivable, account payable, and all relevant ledgers up to date
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Fixed Asset Register management
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Reconciling account payable & receivable ledgers with vendors and customers

Minimum Requirements:
Education: B.Sc/HND in Accounting or Finance
Professional Qualification: ACA/ ACCA/ ANAN is an added advantage
Experience: 5 years+ experience and must have worked in an audit firm
Skills & Knowledge: [/b]use of accounting software like Sage 50, Microsoft tools like Excel, Powerpoint, word, and strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
