Someone said he bought the rotten notes from CBN in other to grind it and use for other purposes.Does CBN sell's spoilt money to the public?Let CBN come out to clarify the public.

I sometimes suspect CBN’s hand in the public ‘so called’ discovery of some of these rotten notes, perhaps to push a narrative for propaganda purposes.

I doubt if anyone would be this callous or dubious or insane to have kept and forgotten these notes, to the extent that they will degrade to this level before they are spent or evacuated.

Politicians steal for themselves, children and grandchildren . So all these rotten money you see can't be from cbn or commercial banks, Cos they have the storage facility.
