Job Title: General Secretary/CEO for NGO
• The General Secretary will manage and substantially develop existing programmes.
• Programme/project design experience in a membership Non-Governmental Organization is a plus.
• Oversee the management of the investments and assets of the organisation
Qualifications:
• Relevant first degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar qualifications
• Master’s level qualification is a plus
• Must not be more than 45 years of age as at December 2022.
Experience:
• Experience with YMCA activities is a major asset
• Strong administrative and financial management experience
• Volunteer recruitment, development and management experience
• Evidence with youth, advocacy and community development programmes and projects
• Minimum of Ten (10) years’ work experience, with at least five (5) in youth and community development project management capacity.
