Russian budget deficit since pricecap in December

Anywhere you see Putards typing much without referring to published economic data, just know say lamba done enter.

Appleyard, what oil price precipitated this deficit? I thought $40 has it covered?
lol where'd you get this propaganda from? I get it.. probably something written and conjured by one of those from NATO grin. You're just here shouting 49$ since as if you work in Russia's oil ministry even after someone already schooled you Russia's prices ain't fixed and there's no evidence of your $40 claims.

Russians did not even bother about all the propaganda but focus on hitting them real hard in the warfront, how can one explain despite all the military support and intel from nato.. Russia is still in Ukraine.. USA would have withdrawn due to frustration like Vietnam.

⚡️Communist Party of the 🇷🇺 Russian Federation leader Gennady Zyuganov:

"The 🇷🇺 Soviet Union inherited all the best things. The policy of Lenin and Stalin welded the ideas of socialism with the centuries-old heritage of a great power and a great culture. The worldview was forged like armor. Fascist hordes crashed against it.

It turned the USSR into the leader of the movement for lasting peace and social progress. A nuclear missile shield was erected which to this day cools the hot heads of NATO’s “hawks.”

There's something called spot price for commodities which is available on exchanges you doofus. Like I said, most Putards have very low IQ.

Are you suggesting the Russian budget deficit is a NATO propaganda? Maybe you need TASS itself to confirm the deficit.

Instead of you to actually look up the finances of the country, you rather read propaganda as the financial illiterate you are. Every figure I've used here originates either from commodity exchanges, the Russian finance Ministry or Russian central bank.

Another one for you clowns.

Russian GDP 11th straight month of decline

Figures are directly from Russian Central bank

Clowns who rather type plenty words instead of looking at data

The question is not whether Russian economy is hurting but how long it will take for Russia to deplete it's reserves to the point the Govt can longer bridge the gap with reserves it saved before the war. This is a war of time. The West will hope Russia runs out of reserves by the end of this year, while Russia will hope it can last for 2 years.

Too much words of a foolish putard. Numbers don't lie.

Assignment for you.

1. Give us price of Urals in October 2022, then give us price in March 2023 - impact of pricecap.

2. Give us Russia oil Revenues in March 2023 Vs March 2022, let us see if everything is Uhuru

3. Give us Russian budget deficit for 2023 to date Vs Budget deficit of 2022 to date

4. Give us Dollar to Ruble price in November 2022, (just before the pricecap) Vs Dollar to Ruble today

These are numbers very easy to Google search, and cuts through your foolish Putard propaganda which is full of words but no numbers. I have done No1 for you below. Pull up the answers to question 2 to 4 and slap yourself

Truly, you ain't worth the debate. Once a kid, always a kid. You are so emotional. grin

You dodged the fact that you were caught lying about Russia selling it's entire oil at $49, but price of Russian ESPO shipment to Asia proved you wrong. cool

You lied by passing Urals as the benchmark of Russian oil export, which is not. ESPO oil proved you wrong. cool

No one was arguing about whether or not there were down turns in revenue this year compared to 2022. Heck, even Saudi-Arabia experienced downturns in revenue due to market fluctuations.

But the goddamn Russkies were still making profits from their oil sales in the face of western economic sanction wars.

Even the price of Urals rallied above the price cap in April this year, and you're still talking about March? grin

Here is an excerpts from Reuters this month:

"Russia is enjoying stronger revenues vIa sale of oil despite western sanctions and price cap.

Russian Urals oil cargoes that loaded in the first half of April are mostly heading to
India and China who have snapped up the vast majority of Russian oil so far in April at prices above the Western price cap of $60 per barrel, according to traders and Reuters calculations.

That means the Kremlin is enjoying stronger revenues despite the West’s attempts to curb funds for Russia’s military operations in Ukraine.

The advocates of the cap have said it reduces revenues for Russia while allowing oil to flow, but its opponents argued it is too soft to force Russia to backtrack on its activities in Ukraine.

The latest data from Refinitiv Eikon suggested that Russian Urals oil cargoes that loaded in the first half of April are mostly heading to India’s and China’s ports.

India accounted for more than 70 percent of the seaborne supplies of the grade so far this month and China for about 20 percent, Reuters calculations showed.

Meanwhile, lower freight rates and smaller discounts for Urals against global benchmarks nudged the daily price of the grade back above the cap earlier in April from a period of trading below.

India and China have not agreed to abide by the price cap, but the West had hoped the threat of sanctions might deter traders from helping those countries buy oil above the cap.

Average discounts for Urals were at $13 per barrel to dated Brent on a DES (delivered ex-ship) basis in Indian ports and $9 to ICE Brent in Chinese ports, according to traders, while shipping costs were $10.5 a barrel and $14 a barrel respectively for loadings from Baltic ports to India and China.

That means the Urals price on a free on board (FOB) basis in Baltic ports, allowing about $2 per barrel of additional transport costs, has been slightly above $60 per barrel so far in April, Reuters calculations show.

The population of these two countries alone is more than the whole of foolish Europe put together, so the more oil Russia is shipping that way, the more revenue it makes. While the damn Europeans rebuys same oil at a price more than Russia sells to them. Who is the fool here? cool

These are facts, emotions don't count. grin

You are just arguing with yourself at this point. I know the price of Urals in April. I even showed it to you. It is not hidden data. Urals is the benchmark of Russian oil dumbo, ESPO is only 10-12% of its output on any given day.

Writerng brought some foolish propaganda about March sales as below. You opened your foolish mouth to praise the result. I asked you what you are shouting about when those barrells were sold for $49. Now you are telling me about April result which I know. Did we talk about March or April? In April, OPEC reduced production, bringing up both Brent and Urals, but Ural still maintains its discount.

Now look at the two infographics I provided below and tell me who is foolish. In March, when Brent was selling for $60-$70, Urals was selling for $49. In April when Brent is selling for $80, Urals is selling for $60. Whether you like it or not, the price cap will have a discount effect because India and China can call shots because Russia will have nowhere to turn. That doesn't mean if Brent goes to $200, that Urals won't sell at $180. Like I told you, there will always be a ~$20 discount between them.

I told you March sold for $49 and it did, you are telling me about April, trying plenty foolish words, when I already showed you the April price. I showed you the 40% decline in oil & gas revenues YoY to buttress this point and the budget deficit, and you are yarning about April and ESPO. Stephen do better.

"The sponsorship of Nazism in Ukraine (at an immense cost of lives and property of the westerners and Ukrainians) only delayed but did not stop the inevitable.
If the west was really concerned with preventing a Russian invasion of surrounding countries, then they should have drafted a millitary agreement with those countries (an agreement that states that should Russia invade that country, then they'll collectively invade Russia). Where does Russia want to invade next? South Africa? Lagos? South America?
The narrative of the West keeps falling apart."

BidenDTrounced:

"Majority of Ukrainians do not support the West/Zelensky's vendetta against Russians.
Majority of Ukrainians had preferred that the country should be divided with one going to Russia and the other as the new Ukraine (NK SK scenario) with security guarantees from the US, France and the UK. Security guarantees that ensures that if Russia invades the new Ukraine, then France, US, the new Ukraine and the UK will jointly invade Russia (are those countries scared? They have a lot of mouth).
I find Russia to be more credible. I don't even need to listen to Russia..I just need to look at the behaviour of the West. They appear to be confirming Russia's claims with thier actions."

BidenDTrounced:

This user was talking about Russians in general (including Russian speaking Ukrainians)

"In WWII, apart from the annihilation of Russians (Nazism), one of the reasons that informed Germany's decision to march on Moscow was her resources. Germany needed resources (oil and metal) that was critical to maintaining it's war machine. What's the 'oil and metal' of today?
Russia is an unrivaled millitary weapon producer and exporter and isn't dependent on the West for raw materials.
How is the almighty West limiting access to these resources that are controlled by Russia?
.

Ukraine is the most corrupt corporation in that region, Russia's currency is used in Russia's new territories. Is it land and resources? Is Africa and Latin America barren of land and resources? Shouldn't we be part of that millitary agreement?"
