Please pals don't mind my typos,
I want to know safe it's by traveling to Owerri with private Car,becox i have been hearing alot of story on YouTube,how police with face mask is cornering and extorting huge Money from people with flashing cars.......pls I want to know how serious it's.

Make sure your documents are complete, people appreciate foodstuff too so even if you want to give police something, bread is ok. Just buy bread for the police and keep in your car.
