There are two types of limited accounts

1. Temporarily limited accounts
2. Permanently limited accounts (the one we are looking forward to getting)

Now to the main thing

When a PayPal account is permanently limited

PayPal would say the money in the account would be available after 180 days but THAT’S A BIG LIE as they’d either place more withdrawal limits on the account or clear the existing balance after 180 days

All you need to get your money out requirement :

*Here are the requirements for permanently limited US PayPal accounts*

1. Most have been over 180 days since permanent limitation

2. Must have access to login into the account

3. Must have details used on the account like;
a) SSN
b) Email
c) Means of ID
d) Phone number
