Whatever a man has stepped into, He can surely step out from it.

This mindset must be in you, that whatsoever you are into, you can come out of it. It’s either you don’t know how to come out of it, or you are not ready to come out of it.

What is stepping out?

Stepping out means to go away from, To leave.

Before you decide to go away from something it means you don’t like it anymore, you may have enjoyed it for a while, but now you feel you should go away from it.

They are many ways to step into something, and they are many ways to step out of something.

In case you come across this write-up, it’s quite possible you are not addicted to pornography, but this knowledge may help you to be able to help another person. You may be the deliverance of another person.

Let the journey begins
How to step out from pornography and masturbation.

Many have said they don’t know how they got addicted to a particular thing, while some know maybe through surfing the Internet, friends, and a lot more.

It will be nice to know all this stuff, because they may be one of your steps out of it.

But that is not the point of contention

Statistics showed us that just five percent of the website on the internet talks about pornography, It also tells us that more than 35percent of the stuff downloaded on the internet are pornographic. If the website available is just 5%, how is 35% downloaded?

This may be because most of these websites available are powerful with high daily, monthly, and yearly views. Some say Pornhub has over 100 million visits per day, This site has more monthly views than Netflix and TikTok. Also note that even Google, Netflix, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are also filled with pornographic content.

But the number of people who are very intentional about watching pornography every day is up to 100 million

Why am I saying all this?
We are all exposed to pornographic content, Even if you decide to leave the internet today, I assure you that your environment is filled with what we can pornography.
That is the world we found ourselves in!

I’m not going to ask how you got into Pornography but the real and main question is that are you ready to step out

If what this Write-up do is create a mindset in you that pornography is not good, that will be good.” They are many that believe pornography and masturbation is a normal thing”. Such a person won’t Step Out until that mindset is trashed.

Some people have asked me this question, They ask, Have I been addicted to pornography or masturbation, That question comes up after they read this article about masturbation I don’t know the reason they ask.

I will be answering this, we will be talking about how I stepped out even without knowing to have stepped in. Many are in this category.

Have I been addicted to pornography, No
Have I watched pornography before, Yes

Statistics prove that more than 95% of males have watched pornography at least once and 70% of female have watched it once. That is what they say not me

Another shows;
That 65% of young adult men and 18% of young women watch pornography at least once a week.

This is to tell you that you are not in this alone.
Moreover, note; If you think because you do something that means everyone does it, you are not wise.

Why am I saying this, Many would have stepped out long ago, but they are scared if I asked him/her for advice, they will think of a sinner.

Allow me to share with you my experience

Let us journey to 2019;
In senior secondary school two(ss2)for those that won’t be reading from Nigeria, you guys call it high school.

I got to know what pornography is n ss2. Yes. Some are thinking two that was long, some are like just ss2 that is short.
Have heard someone saying she got to know about it when she was in the university (college).

I think before that time I have seen or heard about it but not reactions back then.

In Ss2, I had classic classmates
The word classic
There is this particular set of people that watches pornography in the class, it was foolish to me and still foolish how a girl and a guy will be watching pornography In the class. This is what brought this mentality to me, though.

Skipping stories…..

I was not very available on the internet back then, maybe because the phone I have back then wasn’t good enough with internet service. Let me say I watched pornography twice a week or less. Some possibly say that very little with that you won’t have a problem. Kindly define Growth, please.

Something bad is bad, no excuse.
10 minutes becomes 20,30,40,60,120,180 minutes, that was what is called growth.

I never put in mind what I was doing was that wrong until I came across something.

That thing you also come across it in Jesus .

Until I came across a fellowship Rozfel(Remnant of Zion Christian Fellowship), That was the first time I went there, I think. Ministration was going on, which was okay. It was a great ministration until the minister wanted to round up with prayer.

Then he sang this song by Theophilus Sunday “Take it away” Whatever doesn’t look like you that is reflecting in me, take it away. (The link for this music will be available).

Funny enough, I sang the song so passionately, and I prayed seriously.
The minister left the pulpit, I wanted to sit down too until I heard in me;

Does pornography look like me?

A question for everyone.

I felt uncomfortable in the program, I got home to search IS PORNOGRAPHY A SIN?
Which I won’t ask anyone to do because I found out that most stuff online says it’s a sign of puberty, it says you only have a problem if you are addicted.

The question was, what is being addicted?

But I know I heard something pornography does not look like me, which means It must leave.

Don’t be deceived or deceive yourself.

Growth is the evidence of being fed. If you continue to watch pornography, Within time you will get yourself addicted, and you will find it hard to escape this.

By God’s grace, no one can tell me pornography is Normal.

I find it funny when some try to prove the point that addiction or pornography is not spiritual and can’t be dealt with spiritually. Know this and know this for your good, The spiritual can arrange and rearrange the physical, while the physical can reduce the efficacy of the spiritual.

That has a deep meaning believe me on this.

Don’t deny or reduce what Jesus can do.

Steps To Stepping Out
1) Jesus:To step out you need the spiritual to help you, I classify the Holy Spirit under this.

2)Be intentional:Tell yourself I can do this, I will do this, it’s a possibility.

3)Feed on what is right:Have said this in one of the write-ups, and I will say this again. The media is full of what can. Corrupt our minds we can’t deny this, but we can also deny the fact that they are also good things we can feed on. There is the bible, it’s available to everyone. Even on the internet, they are still many people who teach the right thing, it’s just that you have decided not to check on them, people like pastor Daniel olawande, The winlos, GUC, journal of Jesus girl, and even Charles Oluwabusayo’s timely videos are powerful. Be intentional.

Many of the weird things we are seeing now are based on what people have fed on. For example, let’s look at something in the bible, the daughter of Lot was in Sodom and Gomorrah, they saw what those guys were doing there, even though they were virgins, but their mindsets were corrupt. When they had the chance to give out what was on their minds, we know what they did.(check the Bible in cases you don’t).

4)who you follow determines what follows you:There is a write-up about this also, follow the right people physically and online, the people you follow determine what you feed on. Follow the appropriate people, they determine lotion what you see. Try to
listen to the appropriate things.

5)Ask for help
Ask question
try to help yourself
Note As for help from the right person, you know them around you.

Stepping out is a gradual thing “ing” continuous, As long as we are in the world we will continue to strive for purity.

Stepping out from Addiction is gradual

Trust the steps u will be taking, trust Jesus.

Those That Strive Are Those That Arrive.

I can do all things through Christ that strengthen me.If you are planning to step out without Jesus,it may be a labour of the fools(it wearies them). Don’t try it, Trust the lord mightily.

As painful as it might sound this write-up is not worthy to move a single dot in your life, without the divine intervention of Jesus,I repeat Trust the lord for Stepping out.
